Hello Christina,
I have not heard back from Fannie Mae yet. I am hearing from other team mates that Fannie likes to take their time. I am hoping that that is not the case.
As soon as I have an answer back I will let you know.

Hey Amy,

With that being said.............this was supposed to be OVER on Wednesday of LAST WEEK! This is crap!
She knew that Fannie Mae was going to take their time BUT from what I was told by an agent about a month
ago now is that Fannie Mae meets once a week about all these mods to see if they are approving them or denying
them if that is the case she knows if it is approved or not because this is week two!
I can't wait to either have an attorney on this or get this approved it should not have ever taken us 2 years to get
this finished.
I call BOA and they are amazed at how many times I have called in an notated in my own notes what is going on.
It is a little disturbing though that one week we are told there is nothing for us and then the next "Oh we are sending
the documents to the Investor for them to approve them.
Anyone else confused?
