New month same mess

I call into BOA on Friday 7/1/2011 and speak to Amy's Supervisor David and he tells me that nothing has happened on the loan and that it was still waiting on the Investor approval that was sent of on June 10th.........HOW MANY MORE TIMES WILL THIS DATE CHANGE.........what date did they send it to the Investor? This is Crap in the worst of ways. I attempt to get information and hear that word "REVIEW" it makes me want to PUKE! On another note there is yet another class action suit against BOA or BAC home loans whatever name you want to use for the same crap we are going through. I have yet again not heard from my Negotiator and her new number does not work....how convenient is that??

BOA has till July 8th to respond back to the Bank commissioner, I highly doubt they will respond to anything they send and they have till July 15th to respond to Senator Burrs office, yet again I highly doubt they will respond to that one either.

OH.............I know I am jumping around today Amys manager David stated to me that she was supposed to be contacting me at least twice a week instead of me contacting them twice a week.....I havent seen that since this whole thing started.  I have to contact or it just doesnt happen.

  2. I in a situation as well. I am on a re-payment plan (had money issues, got into foreclosure, got out of money issues, got on re-payment plan).

    It is an 18 month plan, I have paid it on time for 13 months. BOA took over the "servicing" (ha what a joke that is) of my loan 9 months ago. They took my payment every month but kept telling me they never got my payment agreement from the other servicer. I offered to fax my copy but no one wanted it.

    Now, this month, they put me back into foreclosure even though I have a binding contract that states that as long as I pay on time they will not continue or restart foreclosure!

    They would not let me make a payment so I called in and managed to get someone who knew the Wire Transfer codes and made my payment via Western Union. When I called to confirm they go it. They said it will be returned to me.

    Then this weekend I got a copy from their attorney that the foreclosure was stopped and they will eat the expenses. They filed it on the 28th yet on the 30th they still did not have it removed from my account! I am sure when I call tomorrow, they will tell me the same thing.

    I have already filed a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks. I will be filing another to get my fees returned for the wire transfer payment that was not necessary.

    And the ride goes on. I am in the process of looking for a good attorney.

  4. Sheri......What I can suggest to you is to drop the comptroller of the currency because thats just a dead end. Where I would start is to call,email,fax,mail your government for your state. That is what has everyone rolling where I am now.

  5. I was going to recommend you file a complaint with the Comptroller. I did and about 4 days later I got a message from someone from the "Office of the President of BOA". I was so excited and thought my problems would finally be solved. I called him back twice that day and every day since and he has yet to return my call!!!! Since then they have removed the wrongful foreclosure but returned the payment I made 2 days after the foreclosure dismal was filed! They returned it to Western Union on July 1st (supposedly) but I was told it was coming in the mail until today. Now tomorrow I get to spend the day trying to get my money back so I can turn around and send it back to them. I am taking the day off tomorrow and calling the Lawyer your recommended. I was hoping to resolve this on my own but they just don't want any part of it! Oh, I just saw your post. I am going to subscribe. I thought I did before but am just now seeing your post. I will do that.

  6. I have filed a complaint with the comptroller and that was in Oct 2010 and it still states on their site...."in review". I am happy that contacting them worked for you i wish I could say the same here. Good luck getting that money back. That would be like getting money from the federal government.

  7. Yah well, it didn't work. They are as pathetic as the regular customer service number. I will be taking your advice. I took the day off work today to contact lawyers, the state and anything else I can do to move this along. I am soooooooo sick of dealing with it.
